Catalyst Community Development brings to Burnaby a rental community offering 203 thoughtfully designed homes with contemporary living spaces ranging from studios to 3 bedroom units. Rich wood tones mix with white cabinets in the kitchens, with durable quartz counters and porcelain backsplashes. Bathrooms continue the warm wood with a vinyl plank floor, and durable shower surrounds. An important element of this project was the offering of fully accessible units, working with BC Building Code and BC Housing guidelines. Our goal was to ensure seamless integration of all requirements through thorough research and collaboration with our other consultants.
